There are three ways to vote in Iowa:
a. at the polls on election day
b. early voting at the courthouse in person starting October 5
(Locations: Black Hawk county = courthouse; Bremer County = former Mauer Eye Clinic in Waverly)
c. by absentee ballot (through the mail)

To vote by mail in Iowa, you have to first request an absentee ballot for the November 3 general election.
Here's how!
1. Download an absentee ballot HERE. They are due in the county
auditor's office by Friday, October 23 at 4:30pm.
2. Fill it ALL out and mail back to the county auditor where you live:

3. Wait for your mail-in ballot to come in October
4. Vote for Carissa Froyum for Iowa House! & return your ballot by mail (postage already paid), drop off at court house, or bring to your polling location
